2. Hydration

Drinking enough water every day is mandatory for a well-functioning body. Although you can drink anything to combat thirst, water is the best choice.

Without water, we get dehydrated, suffer dry throat, our digestive system struggles to move food through, have headaches–in short, the whole body systems will stop functioning as it should.

3. Walking

You don’t need heavy exercise to stay fit and healthy. Something as small as a leisurely walk once a day can be enough to get the blood pumping and give you energy.

If you’re not used to exercising, start small by taking a five-minute walk around the house for one week.

Proceed to ten-minute walk around the block for another week, and you can keep going up from there as you get more comfortable with the activity.

4. Stretching

Taking up yoga, reaching for your toes, or even just doing a few upper body stretches every day can be a good exercise for your health and overall well-being.

Also, look for a few other stretches that are easy for you to do and make plans to do them every day.

5. Quality Time

Besides being essential for your overall well-being, finding enough time to relax and can be difficult.

Humans need downtime to relax else, the inner build up of overwhelming stress may cause a myriad of health problems that will be even harder to overcome.

A nice way to let off steam and enjoy some quality time is to get a massage.
